Blue sky clouds waterproof PUL top with soft warm fleece underneath (2 layers of fleece for warmth!). This is a cozy and dry bike blanket to cruise with! Includes elastic and a buckle incorporated to the top strap for flexibility and velcro bottom straps to keep the blanket down in the wind.
