Refund policy

All items are non-refundable. For ready-to-ship items purchased from the website, exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving the item. The buyer will need to provide shipping of the exchanged item back, Bike Mom Crafts will cover shipping to the buyer.

Sales on custom orders are final.

The only exceptions to this policy: defective items. In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 5 days of receiving the item via direct message. In such cases, a replacement may be provided. Please note all my products are handmade and therefore have small imperfections. These cosmetic imperfections are not defects.
